Why we chose this property

We acquired this property because of its location and the demand for housing in the Pharr, Texas area. Although its initial condition presented a significant challenge, we recognized a structure with real potential and an opportunity to restore value to a home that had been neglected.

We did not see only a distressed property. We saw the possibility of creating a clean, functional, and attractive home for a new family.

The starting point

When we took possession of the property, both the interior and exterior required extensive attention. The yard was overgrown and contained debris, tires, furniture, and other abandoned items. The exterior structure showed visible deterioration, and several areas needed repair.

Inside, we found rooms containing discarded furniture and debris, worn finishes, damaged doors and windows, and systems and living spaces in need of renovation. This property required much more than a surface-level cleanup—it needed a comprehensive rehabilitation

The transformation

Our team developed a renovation plan focused on restoring the home’s safety, functionality, and appearance. The work included:

The exterior now features a clean, modern appearance, using white finishes and dark accents to highlight the home’s architectural character. Inside, a lighter color palette, renewed flooring, and a contemporary kitchen created brighter and more inviting spaces.
